Deadpool Reverse Tailoring and Re-construction
A complete re-sizing of this Cosplay Costume, unpicking all seams, zips, and lining to take the costume in and up in every section, arms, legs, waist, torso and back, then re-constructing the whole costume to fit the client.

Manipulating a costume of Leather, Neoprene and Lycra under the sewing machine in a completely irregular order than it would have been constructed was certainly a challenge! It would have been less work and easier to construct it from scratch in the correct order :)

The mask was made new, creating a pattern to fit the mask shell, cutting, sewing and glueing to recreate the most recent Deadpool film character.

The result though was a much better fit and I am sure you agree that the Cosplay character Ben plays the part really well!

Monty Python Lancelot lookalike costume made from white and black linen with a vinyl cut logo, the chainmail is made from knitted fabric painted silver and the elbow guards are made from eva foam.
